DNPA TotalBulletin Code of Ethics
PURPOSE: When conducting business, colleagues of the company will uphold the highest ethical standards. This policy aims to ensure that all associates do business on behalf of the company with integrity and in compliance with all applicable laws, without taking into account any personal gain or advantage.
The Company’s policy regarding gifts, favors, entertainment, and payments given or received by Company associates, potential conflicts of interest, and other matters is outlined below.
APPLICATION OF GENERAL POLICY:
Presents, Favors, and Payments Made by the Company: Others may get gifts, favors, and payments at the company’s expense provided they fulfill all of the requirements listed below:
- They adhere to standard business procedures.
- They are sufficiently low in value and presented in a way that prevents them from being interpreted as a bribe or payment.
- They don’t violate any applicable laws or widely recognized ethical standards.
- The Company won’t be embarrassed if the facts are made public.
Company policy prohibits payments, commissions, or other benefits to or for the benefit of customers’ associates (or their relatives or associates) that are not mandated by written contracts.
Gifts, Favors, Entertainment and Payments Received by Company Associates:
Associates shall not seek or accept for themselves or others any gifts, favors, entertainment, payments without a legitimate business purpose nor shall they seek or accept personal loans other than conventional loans at market rates from lending institutions) from any persons or business organizations that do or seek to do business with or is a competitor of the Company.
Management associates should not accept gifts from those under their supervision of more than limited value.
Confidential Information:
Without prior authorization, it is forbidden to disclose or utilize any confidential product information, data on choices, plans, or any other information that might be against the interests of the company. It is expressly forbidden to misuse, obtain unauthorized access to, or handle confidential information, especially information about employees. Violating this rule may subject an associate to the Discipline Policy, which may include immediate termination.
Compliance:
The associate faces administrative disciplinary action or prompt termination for any violations of this policy. Any employee of the company who becomes aware of a policy infringement is required to notify the relevant management level right away. In their respective areas of responsibility, each vice president and corporate officer of TotalBulletin is in charge of compliance. Please get in touch with the manager of human resources with any inquiries you may have about any part of this policy.
Communicate your worries: Please contact Human Resources with any concerns you may have if you believe an employee of the company has acted in a way that could be in violation of this policy. Retaliation against any employee who reports concerns in accordance with this policy or who assists with an inquiry is prohibited by the company.

It is imperative for reporters to investigate both sides of an issue by giving those facing unfavorable accusations a chance to refute the allegations. Reporters aim to provide charges in great detail and permit a thorough rebuttal.
