A global supplier of embedded electronics and a discoverIE Group business located in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, Beacon EmbeddedWorks has announced the acquisition of Diamond Technologies, Inc., a company based in Hudson, Massachusetts that offers specialized solutions for industrial communications, automation, and data gathering.
The deal’s total value was not made public.
Beacon and DTI working together will speed up the creation of fresh embedded goods for the market and provide new business prospects. DTI is joining the Beacon cluster of US-based embedded technology businesses with their complementary technologies.
DTI will keep up its headquarters in Hudson, Massachusetts, and carry on business as Diamond Technologies. By collaborating with Beacon, DTI will have access to cutting-edge manufacturing skills, ISO 13485 and 9001 certifications, and cutting-edge embedded technologies that are appropriate for critical applications and regulated sectors.
