Similar to its previous funds, HighVista Private Equity X will make investments in a variety of small, privately held businesses, most of which have enterprise values under $150 million. Under the direction of John Dickie and Scott Reed, the fund intentionally collaborates with sub-$500M specialized private equity sponsors, directly co-invests in U.S.-based founder-owned and founder-led enterprises, and seizes opportunities to acquire secondary interests in the lower middle market.
