$3 million in seed money was raised by OpenMeter, a San Francisco, California-based company that offers a data source platform for AI monetization.
Sunflower Capital, Haystack, and Y Combinator were among the backers.
The money will be used by the business to increase operations and development activities.
OpenMeter, led by CEO Peter Marton, harmonizes usage-metering so that engineers can profit from AI products and harmonize usage metering.
Its Cloud platform allows engineers to gather, combine, and analyze consumption data for product, revenue, and efficiency teams by processing millions of usage events per second.
The managed version of its open-source metering platform, OpenMeter Cloud, provides visibility, usage insights, integration with Stripe, and an understanding of cost per usage.
