A value-focused whole-family healthcare company based in New Orleans, Louisiana, Nest Health, raised more than $4 million in an extended Seed fundraising round.
Leading the round was SpringTide, with participation from Ochsner Ventures, Alumni Ventures, and other sources. This comes after a $15 million seed round that was originally led by 8VC and the Blue Venture Fund in March 2023, with assistance from MVP, Health 2047, and Gaingels.
The company hopes to utilize the money to grow into new health programs and markets.
Nest Health is a value-based healthcare practice designed for families. Nest offers parents and kids primary care through house calls, virtual care, and round-the-clock medical, behavioral, and social support. Since its introduction, thousands of Medicaid-eligible families in the New Orleans region can now receive its services at no additional cost.
