Spacegoods, a wellness company situated in London, UK, that specializes in nootropics and functional mushrooms, has raised £2.5 million in seed money.
Five Seasons Ventures led the investment, and Redrice Ventures, Slingshot Ventures, and G-FUND also participated.
The company plans to use the money to increase customer base size, diversify product offerings, and quicken expansion.
“Spacegoods emerged as the solution to health and wellness challenges I experienced building previous companies. I explored the benefits of functional mushrooms and natural adaptogens for my own health, and this led to the creation of Spacegoods and our first product, Rainbow Dust. An all-in-one blend that helps focus and provides an energy boost similar to coffee but free from anxiety, jitters and crashes. We want to help more people to feel their best through the benefits of functional mushrooms.”
Matthew Kelly
Spacegoods, led by CEO and Founder Matthew Kelly, sells “Rainbow Dust,” a powder blend that is meant to improve mood, energy, and general well-being. It works similarly to coffee but without the jitters or crash. Adaptogen mushrooms and nootropics like lion’s mane and ashwagandha are included in the formulation, which embodies Spacegoods’ dedication to improving customer wellness.
Since its launch, Spacegoods has drawn more than 75,000 clients in just 20 months.
