Torc, an AI-powered talent marketplace platform established in Boston, Massachusetts, was bought by Randstad Digital, a digital enablement partner based in Dieman, The Netherlands, that offers digital talent solutions.
The deal’s total value was not made public.
With this purchase, Randstad Digital will be able to grow its digital capabilities in the areas of cloud, data, digital engineering, and customer experience while also accelerating its customers’ access to digital talent, including worldwide delivery centers.
