Use of funds
With the money, the company plans to scale up its new school workforce management software, which includes SaaS solutions for credentialing, compliance, and absence management, as well as complete a number of additional acquisitions in the US and the UK.
Additionally, the business finalized the purchase of Aquinas Education, a recruiting agency for the education sector, and named TV presenter and former football player Jermaine Jenas as an official brand ambassador.
With over two million cover hours booked on its platform in the last 12 months, Zen Educate has almost quadrupled in size since its 2017 start.
With its headquarters located in London, it also has offices in two US locations and three additional UK cities.
