Openstream Holdings, situated in Tokyo, Japan, and its subsidiaries, Open Stream and Neutral, are set to be acquired by Accenture (NYSE: ACN).
The deal’s total value was not made public.
Accenture’s cloud and digital engineering and manufacturing teams will gain about 1,000 additional cloud and other digital specialists as a result of the purchase. They will improve Accenture’s capacity to assist customers with the adoption of cloud, data, AI, and IoT technologies as well as system and application modernization.
By contributing a robust clientele and automated solutions for the whole product value chain—from procurement and manufacturing procedures to logistics and after-sales support—they will further strengthen Accenture’s operations.

The company has established a strong reputation in the fields of manufacturing management, 3D computer-aided design, computer-aided engineering solutions for the manufacturing sector, electronic medical record system integration for healthcare facilities, local government system integration, and artificial intelligence (AI)-driven forecasting, root cause analysis, and predictive maintenance tools. In2021, Neutral became a part of Openstream Holdings.

CLIMB, a supplier of technology services for system integration, IT infrastructure management, and operations, mostly in the Gunma Prefecture, was bought by the firm in April.
