Shippers that have implemented GoodShip for their transportation networks include KBX Logistics, a Koch firm; Kellanova (formerly Kellogg firm); Mark Anthony Services; and Simmons Foods.

Critical performance data is provided via a recommendation engine, and users may take remedial action right there in the interface. A unified, data-driven inbox is created via in-app messaging and tags, which transfer important emails discussions; the platform’s AI-powered incentives optimizer and specifically designed procurement workflow boost bid execution efficiency and encourage longer-term courier contracts.
