Snowflake Ventures has invested in Metaplane, a data observability platform located in Boston, Massachusetts.
This increased Metaplane’s overall investment to little over $23 million raised in the previous two years, with further funding from B37, SNR, Y Combinator, Flybridge, Khosla Ventures, and Stage 2 Capital.
About Metaplane
Under the direction of CEO Kevin Hu, Metaplane offers businesses a platform for data warehouse monitoring so they may identify problems with data quality early on and take preventative measures to avoid incidents. By doing this, the business helps prevent expensive errors, reduces the amount of time data teams must spend debugging, and resolves problems before they have an impact on downstream users and clients.
The combined client list consists of both large corporations like Bose and Sotheby’s as well as startups like ClickUp, Klaviyo, and Ramp.
