A formal agreement has been struck by ListEngage, a certified partner supported by Salesforce Ventures and located in Boston, MA, to purchase 1to1, a Salesforce customization consulting firm.
The deal’s total value was not made public.
In order to improve and grow services, 1to1 will become a member of the ListEngage team when the purchase is finalized. The purchase of 1to1 enhances ListEngage’s ability to provide customers with artificial intelligence-driven solutions and to build its Marketing Cloud Personalization practice.
