The automation firm HG Automation, situated in Grand Rapids, MI, has purchased Treva Automation, a Lake Orion, MI-based supplier of automated solutions services.
The deal’s total value was not made public.
Through the purchase, HG Automation will provide more products.

Treva Automation, which was established in 2008, is a pioneer in software development, mechanical design and construction, controls applications, and integration services for automated systems. The business has built and integrated small to medium-sized automation cells in addition to providing technical and mechanical design services. It is based in Lake Orion, Michigan, in a 30,000 square foot building. The previous owner, Dave London, will continue to have an ownership stake in Treva.
