About Worky
Maya Dadoo and Carlos Marina founded Worky in 2018 with the goal of “modernizing how companies recruit, manage, and pay their employees,” with a special emphasis on the sometimes disregarded operative labor sector. Worky is primarily focused on servicing Latin America, beginning with Mexico, where the labor and economic productivity of the 20 million SME employees are greatly impacted by the yearly job changes that account for around 60% of the total workforce.
Presently, the organization caters to more than 40,000 clients throughout Mexico.
