Fiscalsoft, a Kentucky-based industry leader in accounting and payroll software solutions for local governments, was bought by Black Mountain Software, a Polson, MT-based supplier of accounting and billing software for local government organizations.
The deal’s total value was not made public.
Through the acquisition, Black Mountain Software will enter Kentucky, a new state where Fiscalsoft has developed a significant market presence, and broaden its offering of local government ERP systems.
