The semiconductor business Mobix Labs, Inc. (Nasdaq: MOBX), with its headquarters in Irvine, California, has acquired RaGE Systems Inc., a Massachusetts-based provider of design and manufacturing services for radio frequency joints.
Funds
It is anticipated that Mobix Labs would finish acquiring RaGE in May 2024. The whole consideration was $2 million in cash, $10 million in Mobix Labs stock, and up to $8 million in potential earn-out payments spread over eight fiscal quarters in a mix of cash and stock, subject on the achievement of specific financial benchmarks.
Through the purchase, Mobix Labs will provide more products.
