Bain Capital made a $250 million minority expansion investment in Sikich, a technology-enabled professional services organization with headquarters in Chicago, Illinois.
Use of funds
The cash will be utilized by the firm to expedite initiatives related to development and value generation. Sikich continues to own a majority stake in the business, together with the current management and leadership groups, who are headed by Christopher Geier, the CEO.
