Use of funds
With the money, the business plans to build a 10,000-ton recycling plant that will employ its patented Direct Electrode-to-Electrode (Direct E2ETM) recycling technology.
The establishment of a 500-ton battery recycling plant in Pineville, North Carolina, and a 1,000-ton battery sorting facility in Charlotte, North Carolina, were made possible by Series A funding, which is being leveraged for this expansion
