Vance Street Capital IV, a $775 million private equity fund, was completed by Los Angeles, California-based Vance Street Capital.
The firm’s approach of collaborating with founder-owned firms, multigenerational family enterprises, and corporate carve-outs in vital B2B manufacturing industries throughout the industrial technology, aerospace & military, medical, and life science sectors will be carried out by Fund IV.
In addition to actively managing a portfolio spanning Vance Street Capital II, LP and Vance Street Capital III, LP, as well as the VSC Extended Value funds EV1 LP, EV2 LP, and EV3 LP, Vance Street Capital is led by Managing Partners Brian Martin and Mike Janish.
The business has raised approximately $2 billion in total capital committed to lower middle market investments with the addition of Fund IV.
