ZeroFox (Nasdaq: ZFOX), a Baltimore, MD-based supplier of external cybersecurity, was purchased by Haveli Investments, a technology-focused private equity firm with headquarters in Austin, Texas.
Following the transaction’s conclusion, investors in ZeroFox will receive $1.14 per share in cash. The company plans to use the proceeds to further develop its cybersecurity platform, finance entry into new markets, and quicken innovation in order to better secure its clientele. The common shares and warrants of the corporation are no longer trading. ZeroFox is no longer listed on Nasdaq.
