$12.5 million in Series A funding was raised by Axion Ray, a NYC-based company that offers an observability command center driven by AI.
Bessemer Venture Partners led the round, which raised the total to $25 million and included a strategic investment from RTX Ventures. Amplo and Inspired Capital, two current investors, took part as well.
The company plans to grow its go-to-market effort into other industries and use the funding to further develop its AI skills within technical issue identification.
Axion Ray is an AI observability command center run by CEO and Founder Daniel First. It is utilized by multinational manufacturing businesses to identify and address new quality concerns that impact customers as soon as they arise. Fortune 500 companies like Baxter, Cummins, Newell, Boeing, Pratt & Whitney, and DENSO are among its clientele, along with producers of consumer goods, automobiles, electronics, and medical equipment.
Daniel First responded to the news by saying, “With Axion Ray, field engineers can use AI directly to identify, look into, and fix problems.” With the help of Al, this funding will enable us to grow our company and give businesses the tools they need to tackle their most pressing issues by facilitating faster and better cross-functional research.
