A Key Year for Indian CSR
India celebrated 75 years of independence at this year’s SMX CSR Leadership Summit & Awards 3.0, symbolizing freedom from exploitation of our country, people, and resources. We will debate sustainable development, socioeconomic growth, and climate change during our G20 leadership. This is a significant time for development professionals, especially CSR professionals, whose numbers have doubled in the previous decade. While commemorating 10 years of mandatory CSR in the nation, their persistent efforts support government goals and the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals.
SMX CSR Leadership 3.0 went beyond business events. It fostered information sharing, creativity, and a shared commitment to authentic CSR. The event showed how conscientious corporate responsibility can influence the world.
