Cloud Business Limited, a UK-based provider of business consulting, digital transformation, and IT managed services, was acquired by Codestone.
Codestone is an enterprise resource planning (ERP) and cloud database solutions firm based in Poole, UK.
The deal’s total value was not made public.
With the acquisition, Codestone hopes to strengthen its managed services team located in the UK and expand its portfolio of IT consulting and services in Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and cybersecurity.
Cloud Business was established in 2009 to assist clients in improving security, increasing productivity, and optimising their IT infrastructure. They provide creative solutions as well as expert and managed services for remote work, collaboration, and communication as a Microsoft partner for modern work solutions.
