With the money, the business plans to grow to accommodate more employers, meet demand, and automate product design and processes.
Pollen Careers, founded in 2023 by Sophie O’Brien, is a platform that seeks to improve the inclusiveness and equity of the entry-level job market by providing employers with access to a diverse pool of talented candidates who are ready to make an impact and by providing young job seekers with the individualized support, opportunities, and skills they require.
Since its founding, Pollen Careers has helped businesses including Cubitts, HPS Engineering, MyBigCareer, Kitt, and others while also creating and sustaining a network of over 2,500 entry-level applicants.
