The supplier of a platform for rural holiday rentals in Spain and Portugal, Clubrural, was bought by Holidu, a vacation rental firm located in Munich, Germany.
The deal’s total value was not made public.
Through the acquisition, Holidu will provide more products.

Since then, the website has expanded to include a portfolio of 28,000 holiday rentals and apartments throughout Portugal and Spain, drawing in over 15 million visits annually. Through the platform, almost 15,000 hosts rent out their lodging.
