Use of funds
The funds will be used by the company to hire more people for all departments, increase platform innovation development efforts, and create tools for self-signup that will improve employee experiences without requiring the purchase of multiple-point solutions. Other plans include employee recognition, enhanced AI workflows, manager insights, people analytics, and employee recognition.
