Consola Finance, a Vienna, Austria-based supplier of a cryptoaccounting platform, is set to be acquired by Request Finance, a finance platform for crypto and fiat businesses situated in Paris, France.
The deal’s total value was not made public.
Through the acquisition, Request Finance’s functionality has been significantly increased, and crypto accounting is now part of the platform. Thanks to this integration, customers can now handle all aspects of request finance accounting, payroll, employee expenses, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, cryptocurrency payments, and fiat payments to more than 170 countries.
Request Finance, led by CEO Christophe Lassuyt, powers accounting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and flexible payments for businesses by offering a finance platform for crypto and fiat operations.
Balderton, Xange, and Animoca Brands are a few of the investors in the company. OpenZeppelin, Celo, and The Sandbox are among the clients.
