More than €1.5 million was raised by Orq.ai, a Dutch startup that offers businesses a platform to develop Generative AI applications from prototype to launch.
XO Ventures (Bart Malenstein and Marc van Meerwijk) and xdeck ventures led the current round. Furthermore involved were Curiosity VC and Spacetime. Spacetime (Adriaan Mol) and Curiosity VC led the first €800k pre-seed round. Participants included Golden Egg Check Capital and a number of angel investors, including Arjé Cahn (Bloomreach) and Koen Köppen (Mollie, Klarna).
The money will be used by the business to grow its go-to-market and product teams in Europe. The Benelux nations and Germany will be the initial focus.
Under the direction of Sohrab Hosseini and Anthony Diaz, Orq.ai offers enterprises an all-in-one generative AI platform that can be integrated with a variety of large language models (LLMs) to facilitate close collaboration within the company. To make implementation easier for organizations, the newest products, Experiment and Optimize, are introduced alongside the current Run solution. However, they can also be used independently.
Thousands of generative AI use cases, prompts, and data sets across more than 75 AI models can be easily set up and tested with Experiment. With personalized cost, performance, and quality controls, organizations have total transparency and control.
Teams can curate real-time analytics from Optimize for continuous enhancements and model fine-tuning by domain experts on all interactions with Generative AI models. Product managers, engineers, and domain experts can all work together easily in orq.ai thanks to this end-to-end workflow.
AI applications can be swiftly deployed to production with fine-grained control over localization, personalization, and data privacy thanks to Run, an intelligent business rules engine.
