An additional seed investment round of €3.8 million was raised by Frontnow, a Berlin, Germany-based digital business that creates AI solutions for online shops.
PROfounders Capital and Identity Ventures participated in the round, which was led by Peak.
The company plans to use the money to grow its enterprise clientele and advance technological development.
Frontnow offers scalable B2B SaaS solutions that let enterprise clients interact with their target audiences in a novel, hyper-personalized, and on-demand manner. The company is led by CEO and founder Marc Funk.
Enabled by generative artificial intelligence to ensure long-term competitiveness and improve communication, the Frontnow Advisor virtual shopping assistant plugs and plays into online stores to provide the best possible customer advice through personalized recommendations, relevant information, and engaging interaction.
This solution, which is accessible in 117 languages around-the-clock without requiring extra staffing, brings the in-person shopping experience from physical stores to the internet platform.
The Advisor employs over forty algorithms, many of which are Large Language Models that were trained on confidential company information.
