Current metal additive manufacturing technology accepts the large industrial overhead needed to function securely. Fluent Metal is developing an inkjet printer-like lean overhead process to make it more sustainable, efficient, and functional.

Functional: Fluent Metal allows genuine multi-metal printing using wire and no waste. Even expensive metals can be elaborately mixed to create new qualities. Due to the inkjet-like printhead and parallel throughput, complex structures like totally enclosed voids and internal channels are achievable.
Operationally efficient: Fluent Metal’s solution works safely on a production floor or prototyping facility without clean rooms or other safety procedures. Material switching is plug-and-play, minimizing setup time and increasing machine uptime.
